SORTING PART OF ELDAN GROUP SINCE 2024 UNBEATABLE EXPERIENCE SINCE 1956 • Intelligence and Artificial Vision. • Data analysis, IoT & Automation. • State-of-the-art broadband Infrared Technology. Optical sorting MPS - Multi Purpose SorterEasy maintenance and standard off the shelf spare parts. Brain ”add on”. Artificial Intelligence based on deep learning algorithms. Real-time online access to sorted material statistics (interface). High production capacity under demanding industrial conditions. Short payback period = a great investment. High recovery and purity rates of targeted materials. Versatility & flexibility when separating different materials with the same optical sorter. Direct online CS with remote connection for quick help. Computer aided calibration for high reliability and stability. The MPS features include The Eldan MPS optical sorter allows automatic classification and separation of various types of materials, by composition (NIR / MWIR), colour (VIS), Induction sensor (EM) and AI (shape and appearance). Thanks to the flexibility of the multispectral vision, MPS can be configured to make quick changes in the classification of new materials to be separated that may arise in the inlet treatment flow. The MPS models are designed to work on acceleration belts from 1000 mm to 3000 mm with different separation options (Double Bar or MultiTrack) according to the customer’s needs. Eldan’s product range covers machines as well as standard and tailored recycling solutions for tires, cables, WEEE, aluminum scrap, refrigerators, municipal solid waste (MSW) etc. Eldan Optical Sorting In 2024 Eldan Recycling and the spanish company Picvisa announced a co-ownership to revolutionize recycling solutions. Eldan’s industry expertise and Picvisa’s innovative technology combines decades of recycling solutions with cutting-edge optical sorting technology. The co-ownership resulted in the development of new sorting equipment lines. The Eldan MPS and the Eldan SPS are tailored for efficient sorting in various applications, particularly in WEEE, NF and mixed metal scrap systems. Contact the Eldan sales team to learn how you can optimze your recycling plant even further with optical sorting. You can also use the MPS as a single machine for your specific purpose. ©2024 Eldan Recycling A/S. Eldan Recycling is a registered trademark. NIR Technology - a chemical fingerprint The Eldan MPS is equipped with Near-Infrared spectrometry for identification of different polymers. NIR technology is the measurement of the wavelength and intensities of the absorption of near infrared light. The absorption or reflectance spectrum is directly proportional to the chemical composition of the polymer. In other words, the MPS takes a chemical fingerprint of polymers using infrared light at a specific point in time. The NIR technology means fast, accurate, reliable, cost- effective and non-destructive measurements for identification of material and colour. This makes the MPS a great investment with a guaranteed ROI. . Electromagnetic sensor/induction For detection and separation of mixed waste and other metals. The inductor develops a magnetic field when an electric current flows through it. Depending on the composition of the material. Artificial Intelligence Artificial Intelligence brings together different technologies, from machine learning to natural language processing, that enable machines to perceive, understand, act and learn. By combining Artificial Intelligence with Machine Vision, we are able to give our systems a decision-making and reaction capacity that is unheard of in the industry. Optional equipment • Multitrack. • Automatic blowing bar positioner. • Double blowing resolution. • Valve autotest. • VPN internet connection. • Climate control for extreme working temperatures. • MWIR for identification of dark/black polymersNext >
